This position is for a seasonal merchandise supervisor. As a merchandise supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting in the operation of multiple merchandise locations. This role offers great leadership experience, awesome incentives, and a schedule that is right for you.

• Assists the full-time management staff in the overall daily operation of the Merchandise Department.
• Trains and coaches merchandise associates in departmental standards.
• Keeps accurate records and documentation for daily operation.
• Collaborates with department leadership to create compelling displays.
• Models ideal associate behavior including:
  • Interacting with all guests with a positive attitude
  • Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
  • Processing register transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring locations are fully stocked and visually appealing

• Retail supervision/management experience preferred
• A genuine interest in making people feel welcome using your smile and positive nature.
