• Coverage Period: Ongoing CLINICAL SHIFT SCHEDULE
• Mon-Tues: 7 AM 3 PM, 9 AM 7 PM, 1 PM 9 PM, 7 PM 7 AM
• Wed: 7 AM 7 PM, 9 AM 9 PM, 7 PM 7 AM
• Thurs-Sun: 7 AM 5 PM, 1 PM 11 PM, 9 PM 7 AM PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Mixed emergency room population
• Patient Volume/Census: 68 patients/day; approximately 25,000 annually FACILITY INFORMATION
• Specialty Backup: Most sub-specialties available except neurosurgery and hand surgery
• EMR System: Meditech
• Expedited Credentialing: Yes, approximately 30+ days PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Hourly Rate: TBD
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General emergency medicine procedures JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active LA License
• Board Certification: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (EM)
• Certifications: ATLS & ACLS not required for EM-boarded physicians
• Experience: EM residency-trained only DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide emergency medical care in a high-volume setting
• Collaborate with on-site staff and specialty teams
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation
• Work effectively in a multi-provider coverage model
