• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, No call
• Need assignment for a minimum of 6 - 12 months
• 14 - 18 patients per day, must be able to see all ages
• Pain management and requirement to Rx controlled substances
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
