The Head of Business Execution and Strategic Initiatives drives the overall administrative activities for the Marketing & Franchise Development organization supporting US Personal Banking and US Consumer Wealth (Citigold and Citigold Private Client). This critical leadership role coordinates and manages activities such as organizing & executing core operating routines, driving strategic vision and focus, ensuring functional alignment across the leadership team, and managing and tracking financials. The Head of Business Management & Strategic Initiatives has formal responsibility for the Chief of Staff office, strategic initiatives team, human capital management team, and budget allocation & investment management team (20+ FTE). Responsibilities include overseeing strategic allocation of marketing expense budget, leading accrual management and invoice governance teams, forecasting expected marketing expenses, leading human capital management duties, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing cross-USPB strategic initiatives, coordinating content for senior leadership presentations, driving routines for large organizations, developing a strong Voice of the Employee strategy, and conducting management responsibilities for multiple teams. Qualifications include 15+ years of experience in financial services, demonstrated strategic planning and budgeting skills, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related study.
