Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects. Works pre-developed lead lists to generate business and identify new customer prospects. Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects.Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:Leads the Company's business development efforts throughout the assigned region targeting larger scale clients.Provides the full breadth of the Company's products and services to clients and prospects.Oversees deal teams during underwriting process and transaction due diligence.Oversees production of offering memoranda and engagement letters. Develops and maintains relationships with participating lenders to ensure adequate market demand for syndicated loans originated by the Company.Participates in joint calling effort with bankers in an effort to uncover syndicated opportunities with our clients.Partners with Relationship Managers on new business development opportunities related to syndicated bank loans.
