Requirements Robert Wood Johnson- Newark Beth Isreal Medical Center Department of Surgery / General Surgery Wound care needs a locum to cover ASAP to cover for maternity leave which has been in effect as of March 3, 2025.Please list any anticipated procedures/surgeries the provider will be required to perform and anticipated volumes: Debridement of wounds- OR/bedside, application of negative pressure wound therapy (wound vac)Description of Work Assignment: Rounding inpatient on wound consults, follow up rounds for established inpatients, optimizing for OR debridementBreakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: M-F inpatient/OR Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: M-F 7A-4POn call? NoPatient Load: Split with NP and supervising physician- appx 15 per dayBoard Status Requirement (BC/BE): n/aIs there additional support staff? Will be working with NP and supervising MD.Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Will be working with NP and supervising MD.Are there Advanced Practice Providers?
