The Production Team Member position, in Niles Ohio, offers the opportunity to become a vital member of a high profile, high energy, Titanium producer with decades of industry leading manufacturing performance. Work in one of our many exciting departments that include Melt, Forge, Finishing, Rolling, Conditioning, Inspection and the Titanium Aluminide group. Offering a variety of job duties ranging from material handling, inspector, high lift driver and furnace operator, just to name a few.

REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand, walk and use hands for handling material and operating various types of equipment and machinery.
  • Aptitude to read and interpret production orders safety, operating, maintenance and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, rotating shifts and mandatory overtime.

 

PREFERRED 

  • Previous manufacturing experience.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close/distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Experience operating mobile equipment including remote / pendant cranes.
  • Basic computers skills.
  • Problem solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work with others.

Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
