As a Network Engineer at Northrop Grumman, you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. What you’ll get to do: Provide networking equipment inventory management and documentation Document network information including of all switching and routing equipment, connected IP-addressable devices and cabling interconnects Provide day-to-day network maintenance to include installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of switched networks and network equipment Research, design and implement security solutions for network infrastructure Design, price and implement network systems. Engineer network solutions for new & existing systems. Participate in project planning and participate in proposal writing. Track and report identified information system vulnerabilities Monitor, review, analyze, tune, and make recommendations to optimize network Manage, configure, and install firewall security appliances Assist in the creation of test plans and procedures
