What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Influence cross-functional teams to provide delivery on the expected schedule and take ownership of each potential failure, often asking for prioritization of a particular shipment or preparing another team to perform above standard services
  • Understand your customers’ requirements and commit yourself to the oversight necessary to ensure success
  • Produce daily reports and other customer communications.  Build trust with your customers by providing insights and value to the XPO shipping experience
  • Keep all systems up to date so accurate reporting is available and accurately identify any failures and record the root cause of the failure and the party responsible
  • Provide feedback and ideas for process improvements #PIQ
