Our client, a leader in engineering solutions, is seeking a Sr Test Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Test Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various product development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Test Engineer

Location: Northford, CT

Pay Range: $70.00/hr

What's the Job?

  • Review, redesign, and implement a new configuration and test system for a legacy product family.
  • Interact with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications.
  • Identify functional problems and suggest resolutions to enhance product quality.
  • Assist in the definition of internal quality control standards and maintain reliability programs.
  • Analyze test cases and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

What's Needed?

  • A minimum of 10+ years of test engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in microcontroller programming and network setup.
  • Experience with cyber security compliance and R&D engineering file integration.
  • Advanced test development skills with electronics assembly, hardware programming and windows networking experience.
  • A bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area is preferred.
