Smile Design Dental Center is expanding! We're excited to announce the opening of our brand new practice this October and we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team as we continue to grow. With state-of-the-art equipment and a beautifully designed practice, our well-established patient base awaits you!

Location: Our brand new office will be next to Starbucks on Bryan Rd

Opening: End of October

Schedule: Full Time (Tuesday - Friday)

Position: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and are known for your dependability, we would love to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

- Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
- Dependability: Reliable and consistent in performance and attendance.

Compensation:

Sign on Bonus: $2,500
Pay: $42-50 Per hour

Minimum Qualifications

Current dental hygienist license in MO
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification

Physical Requirements

Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
