OT- Rehab needed asap for 13 weeksShift: days, weekends • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 32• Weekend Hours: 8-16 • Call Requirements: Some Sundays; not true oncallMercy Cover Sheet RequiredFlu and COVID Declinations not acceptedASAP STARTMUST BE LICENSED IN OK Must Have Skills/Experience: rehab experience • Required Certifications: none. OK license • Years of Experience: 2? • Float Requirements: yes, Mercy Rehab Hospital OKC North Equipment: lift and SPH equipment, vector, biodex balance, bioness L300 • EHR: UDS/epic Preferred Skillset/Experience: understanding of quality indicators, GG codes • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, amputee, ortho, back surgeries, BI/SDH/SDA • Personality Fit: organized, fast—paced, develops good rapport with patients and a variety of staff Scrub Color: black • Time to Report: 8:00 am • Who to ask for upon arrival: Natasha Lavato • Parking: first day will be at front entrance; once badged, can enter through back/employee entrance
