Position Title: Production Liner Tech

Wage: $18.50/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2:30pm

As a Liner Tech, you'll ensure quality products are packed to spec, perform essential audits and quality checks, and keep the production line moving smoothly. With tasks ranging from monitoring materials to ensuring cleanliness and safety, this job is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can manage time effectively and has machine operator experience. Production Liner Tech Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure quality products are packed according to the respective work order
- Check communication board for assignment
- Quick clean of liner if needed, blow out start liner and verify part quality
- Complete shifts start paperwork while the liner is running
- Perform box audit on all shell caps before loading in hopper and complete all box audits before sealing
- Complete all ½ hour quality samples according to Liner Control Form
- Perform 2-hour sample check and bag for review by Shift Lead
- Monitor glue level, lining material roll, and cap hopper; follow FIFO when refilling or pulling new materials from staging
- Monitor cap quality on exit conveyor while machine is running
- Shut down 5-10 minutes before shift change
- Clean and sweep around surrounding area
- Report to assigned cleaning area at shift change

Production Liner Tech Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- The heaviest box is 35lbs but most are 18-20lbs; will accommodate restrictions and help if unable to lift a heavier item
- Ability to stand entire shift
- Effective time management and communication
- Team-oriented
- Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields a plus
- Adhere to dress code
