The Staff Pad is looking for Outside Sales Representatives to join a restoration company in Omaha, Nebraska. The Outside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in making this vision a reality through developing exceptional relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients within residential areas through strategic canvassing and door-to-door engagement. Secure property inspections through effective communication and relationship-building, while consistently maintaining and nurturing ongoing client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
  • Develop and Manage a Sales Pipeline: Cultivate relationships with both existing and new clients. Follow up on leads, qualify opportunities, and manage all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by identifying sales opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust and credibility with clients, becoming their go-to resource for storm damage related services and solutions.
  • Maintain and Grow Client Opportunities: End-to-end client point of contact ensuring successful project completion and 5-star client experience.
  • Post-Sale Support: Ensure that client expectations are met and manage any issues or challenges that arise post-sale to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Product and Market Expertise:

  • Understand MNRC’s Offerings: Continuously educate yourself on MNRC’s services, products, and solutions in order to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Adapt with Market Trends: Participate in MNRC training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work with Project Management and Operations Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, from initial contract through project completion.
  • Provide Client Feedback: Share valuable client insights with internal teams to help improve MNRC’s offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to Team Effectiveness: Actively participate in team meetings sharing best practices and lessons learned. 

Reporting and Administration:

  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets in CRM. 
  • Prepare Proposals and Contracts: Work with internal teams to draft proposals, review contracts, and ensure all client expectations are met before execution.


Key Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effective solutions to meet client needs
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivation: A high level of motivation and the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
  • Curious Learner: Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills, with a strong passion for continuous learning. 
  • Resilience: Proven experience record of maintaining focus and performance under pressure, effectively overcoming objections, and adapting to change with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Reliability: Consistently dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities without supervision.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent preferred; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to Complete Inspections: Able to meet the clients where they live, climb a ladder and inspect and photograph conditions of a roof.  Drone training may be available. 


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Position Type: W2, Commission-based pay
    • Earnings vary by representative, but $35,000 to $80,000 in the first year is highly achievable
    • 12-Week Paid Training Bonus: $500 per week (up to $6,000 max)
    • Draw Program: Advance on potential commissions
  • Health Insurance: Company covers 50% of the premium
