In this rewarding role, you will:
- Interfaces daily with the utilization team to ensure effective management of:
- Provider capacity requirements by specialty and location
- Recruiting efforts and pipeline analysis
- On-boarding/credentialing and orientation efforts
- Training and mentoring
- Utilization and provider customer service
- Gather and analyze data regarding provider utilization and make recommendations to team members for improving utilization presence at monthly utilization meetings with the utilization team
- Provider Utilization Management experience desired
- Conduct utilization meetings to identify providers to be acknowledged for superior performance as well as providers that may be struggling from either a quality or timeliness perspective
- Incorporate provider loyalty programs to improve overall provider network
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
education - 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience
- A demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated
- An ability to effectively manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and follow up skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows operating system and Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft SharePoint; excellence with Microsoft Excel (ability to create Pivot tables and V-Lookups) and experience with Tableau software
- Knowledge/experience with provider or healthcare management preferred
Pay and BenefitsÂ
Salary: $79,000- $88,000 (pay varies based off location) with up to 8% bonus eligibility.
