Batcher I

The Batcher is responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required to produce finished syrup from calculation for bottling, canning, and premix/post-mix operations based upon number of cases and tanks scheduled for production each shift.
 

Shift and Schedule:
This is a full time position on 2nd shift, Monday - Friday (weekends as needed), from 6:00pm - 2:30am.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. 

 
Position Responsibilities
  • Control flow of syrup to production lines.
  • Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches.
  • Set equipment parameters for operation.
  • Perform quality checks as required.
  • Perform sanitation.
  • Inventory and control ingredients.
  • Receive, monitor and control sugar.
  • Maintain records.
  • Operate forklift truck.
  • Follow all policies and procedures, including Safety.

Total Rewards:
  • Pay starting at $21.75 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.95 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • 3 years food production operation experience
