Job Overview:
Batcher I
Shift and Schedule:
This is a full time position on 2nd shift, Monday - Friday (weekends as needed), from 6:00pm - 2:30am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.Â
- Control flow of syrup to production lines.
- Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches.
- Set equipment parameters for operation.
- Perform quality checks as required.
- Perform sanitation.
- Inventory and control ingredients.
- Receive, monitor and control sugar.
- Maintain records.
- Operate forklift truck.
- Follow all policies and procedures, including Safety.
Total Rewards:
- Pay starting at $21.75Â per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $22.95 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 3 years food production operation experience Â
