Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Pacific, MO 63069

Pay Range: $73k-$95k + 5% Bonus

What’s the Job?

  •  Primary focus will be preventative maintenance and compliance. This person will work to improve overall reliability. Need to transition the team from being reactive and better anticipate needs.
  • This is a hands-on role, leading maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. It will support projects on evening shift but will spend more time in the plant rather than in an officeCoach, mentor, and provide performance development opportunities to team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Remain current with latest and emerging industry regulations and codes relative to mechanical and electrical systems design and operation
  • Support work for proper root cause analysis on breakdowns or failures to ensure equipment breakdown issues are addressed and resolved

What’s Needed?

  • Need to transition the team from being reactive and better anticipate needs. The existing team is more mechanical, so we would prefer someone who can bring electrical knowledge. Need someone able to work without direct supervision and who will be less reliant on the Engineering Manager
  • PLCs:  Needs to be proficient with instrumentation troubleshooting, not necessarily a programmer. Will need to verify I/O to track down issues. Will work with transducers, flow meters, temperature monitor
  • Food/beverage preferred. Would consider similar industries (pharma) if able to work with the same equipment.
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift (M-F) 5pm-3:30am and weekends as needed (would know well in advance for weekends)
