Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Customer Service Representative 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located on site in Palmdale, CA. The Customer Service Representative 2 duties and responsibilities will be to: Take and process transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives. Enter and maintain database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports. Act as liaison for customers. Maintain knowledge of company products and customer service processes. Basic Qualification for a Customer Service Representative Level 2: High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of customer service experience. Must have 5 years employee store experience. Must have Experience with Retail Pro 8 and/or Retail Pro 9. Must be willing to work 1st shift 9/80 schedule (6:00am-3:30pm PST).
