The Social Services Court Liaison is a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team assuming responsibility for filing court documentation for acute hospitalized mentally ill consumer; coordinating and implementing court appearances; assessing the discharge need for LRA (Least Restrictive Environment) and ensuring court paperwork is completed in a timely manner, and taken to the courthouse to be filed, to ensure to not miss any pertinent court dates.
EDUCATION
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field required.
- Experience: Recent clinical experience in mental health treatment preferred.
- Required Certification: Licensure with the State of Washington as a Counselor or Licensed Social Worker (LICSW)
Current CPR, Handle with Care required.
Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse population.
