  • Lourdes Health is seeking registered nurses (RNs) with a BSN degree preferred and a minimum of three years of hospital Emergency Room experience.
  • Candidates must hold a current RN license in Washington State and obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within three months of hire.
  • The salary range for this position is between $46.93 and $65.70 per hour.
  • A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for RNs with 1-3 years of experience, and $20,000 for those with over three years of experience.

EDUCATION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • BSN Degree preferred or demonstrated progress toward obtaining degree
  • Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population of patients served at LMC
  • Minimum three (3) years’ hospital Emergency Room experience required
  • Registration and current RN license in Washington State required
  • Current AHA BLS required
  • Must have/obtain a current ACLS and PALS within three (3) months of hire date
  • Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse population

Salary Range: $46.93 - $65.70

SIGN ON BONUS WITH EXPERIENCE: (PRO-RATED FOR PART TIME POSITIONS)

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 1-3 years of experience
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus offered to RNs with 3+ years of experience
