- High School Diploma.
- 2+ years in plastic injection molding maintenance; 1+ year in mechanical/electrical experience.
- Familiarity with GMP standards in medical or food industries.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and provide personal tools.
- Repair and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment to resolve quality and process issues.
- Train team members and support production planning.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and precision alignment tasks.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
