Position: Assembly Technician
Location: Peachtree City
Shift: 12-hour AM/PM shifts
Compensation: $28-$33 per hour

Overview:

We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the production and assembly of precision-molded plastic components for medical applications. Job Responsibilities:
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain equipment cleanliness at all times.
- Automation Systems: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team leaders to perform line clearance, implement 5S practices, and maintain open communication with production teams, supervisors, and engineers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Documentation: Accurately document work practices, system performance, and troubleshooting steps.
- Technical Expertise: Interpret layout drawings and wiring schematics to install electrical components and perform diagnostic tests on products.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Prior experience with high-speed automation systems is preferred; demonstrated ability to install and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control, safety compliance, and process documentation.
Additional Information:
- This position involves working in a clean room environment.
- Candidates must be available to work 12-hour shifts.
