Job Description
As a High-Speed Assembler, you will play a vital role in maintaining quality, troubleshooting processes, and enhancing the technical capabilities of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and resolving root causes of quality issues related to assembly, molding processes, and technical operations.
- Providing regular technical status updates to the Production Supervisor, Head of Production Unit, and Head of Maintenance.
- Planning production processes based on customer requirements, machine allocation, and press and mold availability.
- Strengthening team capabilities through hands-on training and development.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems such as gears, cams, seals, bearings, and motors.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including air compressors and related components.
- Repairing and replacing mechanical components, including brakes, clutches, belts, pulleys, and more.
- Installing and maintaining various valves, including cut-off and pressure relief valves.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance or technical experience in a plastic injection molding facility.
- At least 1 year of mechanical and electrical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general preventative maintenance, ideally in the medical injection molding industry.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the medical or food industry.
- Expertise in process troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and schematics.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced operational environment with frequent operator and equipment interaction.
- Additional Requirements:
- Supply your own hand tools.
