Basic Qualifications:Ā
ā¢Ā Must be 18 years of age or olderĀ
Preferred Qualifications:Ā
ā¢Ā Customer service experienceĀ Ā
ā¢Ā One (1) year of similar work experienceĀ
Responsibilities:Ā
ā¢Ā Provide leadership and direction to team membersĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Relay communication between team members, client, customers and managementĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Report performance issues to the SupervisorĀ
ā¢Ā Assist with the training of cleaning teamĀ
ā¢Ā Coordinate work assignmentsĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Assist with making daily and weekly work schedulesĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildingĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Manage security of keys and access cards for the propertyĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Report work orders for maintenanceĀ
ā¢Ā Makes sure premises are secured at all timesĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the workĀ
ā¢Ā Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with ManagerĀ
ā¢Ā Provide training to all new hires assigned to the buildingĀ Ā
ā¢Ā Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weeklyĀ
ā¢Ā Complete order forms completely and accuratelyĀ
ā¢Ā Coordinate equipment usage and inventoriesĀ
