Hourly Range: $19.00 - $21.00

In this rewarding role you will:

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all assigned projects
  • Observe operations and identify areas of learning opportunities
  • Review workflow activities
  • Work with managers and leaders on projects, observe and learn project management skills
  • Assist Operations supervisor in review of daily performance metrics
  • Work with Operations manager to perform a variety of tasks that support Organizational needs
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Ideally you will have/be:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent/combined education
  • Actively studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field i.e. healthcare, project management, operations management
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology a plus
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service, organization and computer skills
  • An ability to utilize proper telephone etiquette and scheduling skills
  • An ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • An ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of web-based and electronic communications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A desire to learn
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills; as well as ability to process analytics
  • An ability to foster excellent relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization

Education/Pay Range:
  • Level I = Freshman/Sophomore: $19.00 - $21.00 hourly

  • Level II = Junior/Senior: $24.23 - $26.78 hourly

  • Level III= Masters/JD/PhD: $29.31- $32.39 hourly
