Job Overview
Mrs. Claus is talent-based position for Macy’s Santaland intended to provide interactive entertainment for customers outside of the walk-thru installation and queue during peak traffic times.
Essential Functions
· Conduct visits with Santaland guests
· Ensure the magic of Mrs. Claus is present in each of their visits
· Cheerfully meet, greet and take photos with guests of all ages
· Perform other duties as needed
· Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
Qualifications and Competencies
• Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
• Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required
