About The Position

Wellhart is seeking a Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist for a locum tenens position at a clinic in Pennsylvania. This 62-day assignment begins on 07/01/2025, with a flexible schedule of 4-7 night shifts per week from 7 pm to 7 am. This Adult Trauma Center requires experience in rounding, admissions, discharges, intubations, and various procedures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with Meditech EHR and possess a valid Pennsylvania license. There is also a possibility of extending the assignment beyond the initial period.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Manage patients 16 years and older 

• Perform patient rounds 

• Process admissions and discharges 

• Conduct intubations and other necessary procedures 

• Utilize Meditech EHR for patient records and management 

• Provide care in an Adult Trauma Center setting

Additional Information: 

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license required 

• Experience with Meditech EHR preferred 

• Possibility of assignment extension 

• Night shift work required
