About The Position

Wellhart is seeking a Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist for a locum tenens position at a clinic in Pennsylvania. This 56-day assignment runs from July to November, with a possible extension, starting on 07/01/2025. The schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off, working 7 am to 7 pm shifts. This Adult Trauma Center requires experience in rounding, admissions, discharges, intubations, and various procedures. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable with Meditech EHR and possess a valid Pennsylvania license.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Manage patients 16 years and older 

• Round on approximately 15 patients per day 

• Process admissions and discharges 

• Conduct intubations and other necessary procedures 

• Utilize Meditech EHR for patient records and management

Additional Information: 

• Valid Pennsylvania medical license required 

• Experience with Meditech EHR preferred 

• Possibility of assignment extension
