The Financial Solutions Branch (FSB) is part of the Workplace & Centralized Support (WCS) organization in the Investor Services.
Â
FSB is an extension of the Branch Network and serves our new and existing Mass Affluent clients to deepen engagement, build trust, and provide investment solutions and tools for today’s markets. The team partners closely with a wide range of departments and partners, including the local and national branches, to ensure these clients get the most out of their relationship with Schwab.
 Â
Your typical day would include sales coaching and sales process management, development of branch team with effective training and performance management, client presentations with your sales team, analysis of performance data for trends and actions, interviewing prospective employees, collaborating with business partners sharing of the best methods and performing the compliance and administrative tasks inherent in our industry.

What you have

Required qualifications Â
- Active and valid Series 7 license required
- Active and valid Series 66 (63/65) license requiredÂ
- Active and valid Series 9/10 license requiredÂ
- Active and valid Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment)Â Â
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent work-related experienceÂ
Preferred qualifications Â
- 4+ years financial sales leadership experienceÂ
- CFP, CFA, CIMA, and/or AAMSÂ preferredÂ
- Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills Â
- A desire to lead, a passion for sales management, and a deep commitment to client service Â
- Proficient in establishing quality cross-enterprise partnershipsÂ
- Strong candidates will also have excellent communication skills and a track record of success in sales and sales leadershipÂ
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
- Effective change agent who can thoughtfully champion new ideas, and coach partners to recognize the benefits and adopt change for themselves

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.Â
