Maintenance Technician / HVAC

Full Time Certified HVAC Tech!

Hourly Pay: $27.00 to $32.00

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9:30AM- 6:00PM

HVAC Tech performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the daily and preventative care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years hands-on with troubleshooting, repair of commercial HVAC equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, ice machines, household and commercial appliances, general electrical, plumbing and maintenance knowledge.  

A day in the life may include:

• Performing heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and remodeling work.
• Ensuring that all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents
• maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the community
• Ensuring the maximum quality of life possible for all residents in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and core beliefs

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Must have HVAC Certification
• 5+ years of previous experience in building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
• Commercial and home appliance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current & valid Drivers’ License and driving record free of major infractions
• Availability that includes evenings and some weekends
