Janitorial Compliance Coordinator at Pro-Serv L.L.C.
Shift: 8AM to 5PM These hours may be subject to change with operational needs
Yearly Salary: 52k
Location: Sky Harbor Airport – Phoenix, AZ
Requirements:
You must be 18 years old.
For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. (Optional if applicable)
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Able to lift up to 30lbs.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-3 years management experience
Experience in a mobile management role with responsibility for a decentralized workforce and multiple customers
Prefer experience working with a diverse population
Bilingual in two or more languages, with English being one of those languages
3-5 years supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning or similar environment
Job Duties:
Under the direction of the Operational Team, the compliance coordinator is responsible for the daily maintenance of the facility. Performs site walks with contractors, submits and coordinates tenant improvements projects. Communicate with outside vendors and contractors including customers. Create reports on repairs and project schedules.
Skills:
Coordinate specialty janitorial service requests
Assist with company event setup when requested
Locate and order material per request
Submit technology requests for projects that involve AA IT team
Track projects with Excel doc
Track staffing for janitorial team
Review janitorial service reports
Submit work order requests for the City of Phoenix issues
Facilities Duties

Ramp breakrooms and locker rooms
Passenger level (PAX) breakrooms
Station breakrooms and restrooms
Jetways
Gate podiums
Station office spaces
Exterior fountains
Vending machines
Work Orders
Submit requests to AA facilities
