The Clinical Sales Account Manager drives the generation of Baxter Hillrom Rental Therapy product sales. In collaboration with the Account Executive and specialty sales partners, develop and implement sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers within the assigned territory or account base. What you'll be doing: Drive overall revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies that deliver comprehensive solutions to customers. Conduct negotiations with customers to finalize sales and achieve product revenue goals by ensuring new product success. Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to seamlessly serve shared accounts. Coordinate customer sales support activities across assigned accounts by leading customer business reviews and collecting evidence-based outcomes data associated with the assigned portfolio. Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and improve perceived return on investment. Accurately forecast accounts, including close dates, order volume, and delivery timeframe. Travel as required to lead assigned territory and to attend regional/national meetings.
