As a part of our continued growth, we are searching for a new Primary Care Physician to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Examines, diagnoses and treats patients for acute injuries, infections, and illnessesÂ
- Counsels and educates patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concernsÂ
- Documents items such as: chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and planÂ
- Formulates diagnostic and treatment plansÂ
- Prescribes and administers medications, therapies, and proceduresÂ
- Orders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provides advice on follow upÂ
- Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary servicesÂ
- Completes all documentation and paperwork in a timely mannerÂ
- Maintains quality of care standards as defined by the practice

Required Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license, or the ability to obtain license prior to start date
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current and unrestricted DEA certificate, or the ability to obtain prior to start date
- Effective communication skills
- Outstanding organization skills and ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Ability to take initiative, be creative, adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Outpatient Clinic experienceÂ
- Managed Care / IPA / Health Plan experience
