Plastipak Maintenance Technicians perform, monitor, and evaluate preventative maintenance plans for assigned lines and continually work towards improving equipment and processes.

You Will

  • Perform maintenance for manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

  • Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures

  • Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution

  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices, & procedures

  • Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

You Have

  • Able to work overtime, as needed

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with manufacturing equipment

  • Able to read and interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, and schematics

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve

  • Desire to be a productive team member in a positive work environment

  • Physical requirement includes ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
