Shift is Days, 8 am to 5 pm working Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Answers the Technical Support hotline
- Responds to customer issues over the phone and troubleshoots, researches technical issues to resolution
- Researches and resolves complex issues escalated by other staff members
- Logs all calls into database with detailed notes
- Responsible for schematic level troubleshootingÂ
- Reviews and monitors technical issues that are sent to the technical Support e-mail inbox
- Provides on-site technical support at customer’s locations on installed products

Job Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of previous technical support with telecom power equipment including repair and testing experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree in electronics or any related electronic engineering discipline
- Basic understanding of DC Power
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, identify, research and resolve issues
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and real time documenting in ERP systems
- Effective Communication, written and verbal
- Primary work task are completed on the phone and computer
- Ability to lift up to 50lbsÂ
- Travel may be required to meet customer needs
