Hours: 6am-2pm
QPS Employment Group is hiring for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition role in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This is a contract to hire position.
Bilingual Talent Acquisition Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consult with hiring managers to fully understand their needs to ensure an efficient and effective interviewing/selection process
- Identify qualified candidates through resume screenings, phone screens, and preliminary interviews
- Work closely on continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process (consult with hiring managers to develop a search strategy, source and recruit top-notch candidates, candidate management)
- Determine and utilize key sources to engage passive and active candidates (direct sourcing, associations, social media, etc.) for current and anticipated vacancies
- Close candidates and present offers
- Participate in college recruiting, job fairs, and other recruiting activities
Bilingual Talent Acquisition Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills
- Experience working within applicant tracking, assessment, and background checking systems
- Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced changing environment
- Excellent writing, communication, and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to sit, look at a computer screen, type, and use hands for other fine motor skills for up to 6-8 hours a day
