Position Title: Line Worker – 1st Shift
Wage: $16.99/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Line Worker Responsibilities:
- Estimate weight of product visually
- Verify count and handle product to determine grade and identify substandard products
- Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas
- Notify Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
- Rotate through various positions on the Appetizer line
- Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices
Requirements for Line Worker
- Able to  stand, walk and reach throughout shift
- Able to lift up to 35lbs
- Able to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees)
- Excellent vision, distant and peripheral, with the ability to identify and distinguish colors and adjust focus
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Quality focused
- Ability to follow all personal and food safety requirements
- Outstanding attendance record and team focus to meet and exceed customer expectations
