Shift: 1st and 2nd shift Â
Hours: 1st shift: 7am – 3pm; $18.50 Per Hour
2nd shift: 3pm – 11pm; $18.50 Per Hour plus $2.00 Shift Premium

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle sanitation duties, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our cheesemaking facility. Wheel Production Associate Responsibilities:
-Operate packing equipment to fill cheese wheel molds with cheese curd, monitoring cheese wheel size
-Stack wheels horizontally onto cheese presses
-Flip 22lbs wheels in press to ensure proper wheel form
-Palletize finished wheels and transfer cheese to other production areas using forklift
-Remove cheese from molds, trimming excess product with knife
-Clean and sanitize production area and manufacturing equipment
-Add the seasoning to cheese in the treating department
Wheel Production Associate Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-Manufacturing experience preferred
-Lift 20-30lbs repetitively, flipping and lifting product above shoulder height and from waist down to floor level pallets
-Work in a fast-paced environment, during repetitive work
-Repetitive twisting, bending, wrist and upper body movements
-Stand and walk 8-10 hours a day
-Work in a cooler and/or warm environment; working in the cooler at times, as well as in the cheese production room in a warmer/humid environment
-Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive work
-Ability to read, comprehend, and prepare production worksheets in English
-Must be quality focused and able to follow GMP requirements and food safety requirements
