Allied Universal is now hiriring a experienced Security Admin
$25 to $28 per hour pay rate range
Supervisory management experience required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
路Identify customers' needs, clarify information, provide direct support or guidance toward to resolution
路Tackle a variety of problems in technical systems with skill and accuracy
路Create responses for all calls and emails received, enter the history of the problem, all steps taken, and subsequent resolution if resolved at the Help Desk or escalate to appropriate next level
路Willingness and Ability to be cross trained in other areas of the department
路Consistently demonstrate effective personal performance that positively impacts the departmental performance metrics are met through effective personal work performance
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
路High school diploma or equivalent
路Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a customer service environment with data entry and working with computer applications.
路Stable work history must demonstrate each of the following:
路Strong understanding of customer service and customer relations
路Highly motivation and strong desire to learn
路Ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
路Familiarity with problem solving and escalations to Senior team members, departments, and vendors.
路Effective written and oral communication skills
路Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively
路Skilled in identifying critical issues quickly and accurately
路Able to write informatively, clearly, and accurately
路Problem solving and analytical skills
路Ability to work in a team environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
路Experience in a technical support role, or other technical experience
路Basic understanding of computer software/hardware.
