The TBS Innovation Engineering team is pleased to announce an opportunity to join the group as a Senior Business Analyst focused on AI/ML technologies that can be implemented across our technology platforms.

 

The Opportunity:

 

The TBS Innovation Engineering team envisions and implements solutions that help many business groups perform their jobs, gain insight into their processes, and solve the problems they encounter while serving our clients. As we continue to grow and evolve over the next few years, you will be an important contributor to ensure the success of applied AI/ML technologies. You will report to the Application Development Team Leader.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborate with our users, technology leaders, and other partners to elicit, understand and document opportunities, value, and expected outcomes using machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
  • Create complete and accurate user stories, requirement documents, and other documentation that will be used to design and test AI/ML solutions
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams building AI/ML technologies, maintaining a spirit of aligned direction
  • Help with governance and monitoring to maintain accuracy, reliability, and security across AI / ML applications to sustain high accuracy and relevance of deployed AI models and applications over time
  • Work with multiple partners to analyze business processes to identify opportunities for machine learning and generative AI solutions
  • Help prioritize solutions into a consistent roadmap for developers and management
  • Prioritize business requests, plan release cycle and feature sets
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure completion of projects/releases
  • Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing to help ensure solutions meet our needs and functional requirements
  • Provide ongoing support for users and work with developers to troubleshoot issues
  • Be a liaison between the business and developers
  • Prepare appropriate project status reports and submit them to management
  • Lead small-scale projects

Your Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with business or process analysis
  • Demonstrated experience driving technology innovation, developing and executing technology roadmaps, and delivering measurable improvements
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, from strategy to development, deployment, and support
  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • BS/MS or equivalent in business, information system or related field or a combination of analysis skills and data background

Compensation:

  • $120,000 - $155,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
