Associate Systems Analyst, Ann Sacks

Location: Hybrid in Portland, Oregon

Opportunity

An Associate Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of systems and/or programs and supporting implementation efforts. Assisting with the preparation of systems, test criteria, program specifications and performing tests are also expected. An Associate Systems Analyst will supply 1st level of support for Sales and Service Teams’ systems portfolio and will work with Mgr – Digital Solutions to set top level priorities. An ideal candidate will need to be comfortable with a dynamic set of focuses and ready to engage with immediate customer (internal and external) needs, while gradually picking up and balancing project tasks.  

 

Specific Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with new product launch activities in SAP, including the creation of new Materials, Bills of Material, Routings, Pricing Conditions, Info Records, etc.
  • Supporting day-to-day business process support for Salesforce Sales and Service, ensuring utilization and optimization of the tools. 
  • Developing reports to enable managers to leverage the Salesforce platform to manage business growth. 
  • Partnering with the Manager – Digital Solutions, to be a point of contact with Kohler IT on systems issues and will assist with communicating status and resolution throughout the business. 
  • Participating in supporting implementations of new Ann Sacks technology solutions and regression testing for all Salesforce Clouds and SAP ECC ensuring that the Ann Sacks systems remain unimpacted. 
  • Creating test scripts and partnering with Corporate Information Technology (IT) to ensure all regular testing deliverables are met.  
  • Assisting/lead other minor projects and initiatives as required.
  • Participate as Ann Sacks functional support for some Kohler Enterprise initiatives. Role may offer stretch opportunities to serve as Ann Sacks functional lead for the same.
  • Flexibility is critical in this role. An associate will need to pivot from projects to support and back regularly.

Skills/Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Under some circumstances 3+ years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Exposure to SAP ECC is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to Cloud-based selling and service tools/applications like Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products, like Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel are required.
  • High attention to detail is required in this role.

The salary range for this position is $63,100 - $79,500. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
