About The Position

Barton Associates is seeking multiple Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioners for locum tenens positions with a Home Health client in Oregon. This innovative opportunity begins on 5/12/2025, offering flexible scheduling throughout the week, with peak hours between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM Pacific Time. Providers will conduct annual wellness visits via telehealth, review patient medical histories, interpret at-home test kit results, and provide personalized advice and diagnoses. This role allows for autonomy in scheduling and patient selection, with the ability to prescribe medications as necessary. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

•Conduct annual wellness visits via telehealth platform

•Review patient medical history and interpret at-home test kit results

•Analyze biometric screening data including glucose, cholesterol, blood pressure, body mass index, and heart rate

•Establish diagnoses and initial plans of care when applicable

•Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on test results and medical history

•Prescribe medications as necessary

•Review and edit transcribed patient conversations

•Manage notification settings for patient availability

•Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
