Under the direction of the Automotive Field Operations Group Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and handling all training opportunities within the Fleet Operations.
Job Duties
Coordinate and complete new hire training for Fleet Service Drivers
Identify learning opportunities in the Fleet and coordinate and complete on-going “refresher” training.
Coordinate and complete lockout certification training for Fleet Service Drivers.
Coordinate and complete towing and recovery certification training for all Fleet Service Drivers.
Coordinate and complete customer service and problem resolution training for Fleet Service Drivers.
Assist Call Center training/Trainers by adding technical elements to new hire and refresher training for Call Center employees.
Coordinate quarterly training for our contractor network.
Conduct driver improvement classes for Fleet personnel.
Automotive Services and Driving School additional duties
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years’ experience as a service driver are required.
1-3 years of training experience preferred.
Must have solid understanding of adult learning theory.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have proven proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Special Requirements
Must pass a drug screen and background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal DOT Card.
