      - Jun 16-20, 23-27
      - Jun 30 - Jul 3
      - Jul 28 - Aug 1
      - Aug 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 25-29
      - Sep 2-5, 15-19, 22-26
      - Sep 29 - Oct 3
      - Oct 6-10, 20-24
      - Nov 24-26, 28
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8 hrs/day
      - with 30 min lunch
• Shift Coverage: Endo procedures in OR & maybe 1 day per week in clinic.
• Patient Volume: 14-16
• Patient Demographics: Adults
• Support Staff: Full staff in the OR
• Procedures/Duties:
      - Required: Able to do Scopes.
      - Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy
      - Upper GI Endoscopy w/ Foreign Body Removal, w/ Banding of Varices & Diagnostic.
      - Preference: Does advanced/therapeutic procedures.
      - ERCP not required.
• Specialty Support: Both CRNA & an Anesthesiologist per GI (in procedure room)
• Lab & Xray Onsite: Yes
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info: If able to do advanced procedures, specify what types.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• ME License
• BC (ABMS or AOA)
• ACLS, BLS
• Institutional ADR (All gender ADR should be 35% or greater)
• Must be available for the specific dates listed
• COVID & Flu vaccination proofs
