Position: Facilities Manager

Pay Rate: $26/hr on W2
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance across three sites. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing work orders, overseeing repairs, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at three nearby sites.
- Check in with on-site construction teams.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and facility repairs.
- Respond to work orders and resolve facility issues.
- Conduct inspections and suggest repairs or upgrades.
- Prepare budgets, manage capital projects, and provide reports.
- Experience: 5+ years in facility management, vendor, and contract management.
- Education: High School Diploma required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in reporting systems is a plus.
- Nice-to-Have: 3rd party facility management experience; relevant licenses or trade experience.
