Position: Maintenance Assistant
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Duration :3+ months
Pay Rate:  $19.30/hr on W2

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients. 

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on General Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair multiple office sites. You’ll handle light custodial work, minor repairs, patching/painting, and preventative maintenance while responding to work orders and assisting with vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
• Respond to work orders promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks
• Travel between 3 nearby sites
• Escort and supervise vendors

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: 3+ years in commercial building maintenance
• Skills: Strong customer service, office-based building experience
• Physical: Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods
