QPS Employment Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a great team. As part of the customer service department, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and order management to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in software tools and customer relationship management.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handle inbound telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using effective customer service techniques.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information.
- Track open orders, resolve outstanding issues, and follow up on backorders to maximize shippable orders.
- Use various software tools to manage customer accounts, research solutions, and communicate clearly with customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and transactions.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
