Position Information:
The Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for the coordination of the departmental clinical operations. Â Coordinates admissions and transfers to facilitate timely patient flow throughout the department. Delegates patient care to appropriate personnel by making assignments based on needs abilities and expertise. Â Identifies appropriate communication and coordination methodologies and practices to ensure smooth processes within the perioperative period supporting anesthesia personnel surgeons nursing and staff. Â The Clinical Coordinator understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission values and management of patient care services.
Experience Requirements:
4 Years Nursing - Related Area Required - And Clinical - Critical Care (ICU/CCU) Or Clinical - Surgical Services Preferred
Education Required:
Graduate Nursing Required - Or College Courses Nursing Required - With Required Licensure/Certification - And Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required - And National Certification in Nursing Preferred
Hours of Work:
Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-7:30pm
Weekend Requirements:
Every Weekend
