The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing in-depth financial analysis and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance and outlook
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial analysis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Knowledge of SQL and SAP is a plus
