Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and building systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions to restore functionality in a timely manner.
- General Repairs: Perform a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance.
- Facility Upkeep: Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of facilities, perform minor landscaping tasks, and ensure a safe and functional work environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, wear appropriate protective equipment, and report any safety hazards or concerns.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is required.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
